Similar products research

We looked at magazine adverts as research into similar types of product to assertain what kind of things and what sort of layout we needed to have.



Taking this advert as a prime example we see that it is not lexically dense and that the image is a fairly understated one, therefore the advert is not overpowering.

We decided that we wanted an image of our main actor on his own, when we had originally planned on using a band shot. We also decided to use only the neccesary amount of words, so meaning the title, what it is and when its released.
